“Our home recently flooded with 8 inches of water throughout the home. Austin came highly recommended by a neighbor and we are happy we called him. Austin met with us the same day I called. He was very thorough, professional and answered all of our questions. He also recommended we have a storage unit placed on sight to store our belongings in while they renovated. “We have a property in North Myrtle Beach that needed mold remediation. We contacted Austin with MasterTech Environmental based on a referral. Austin worked with us to generate a detailed proposal that was very fairly priced. The proposal provided sufficient detail to know EXACTLY what would be done. Once we accepted the proposal, Austin worked with us to complete the remediation in a timely process. We do not live in the area and almost all of the coordination was done over the phone. Upon completion of the project, we met Austin at the property to review what had been done. We could not be more pleased with how easy Austin and MasterTech Environmental were to work with remotely. And the work completed and professionalism shown exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended and if you are a remote property owner, you can absolutely trust him to handle issues without you having to be there the entire time.”

“I had a drain pipe from my clothes and dishwasher and sink and disposal. Large puddle of grease, water, and food wound up in crawl space. That would have been disgusting enough, but the cockroaches found the regularly stocked buffet and came by the thousands. Fog bombed the roaches so was left with an armageddon situation with the dead bodies. Grotesque. Only a qualified hazmat company with full ppe could even go near that. Got several quotes and I liked Mastertechs professionalism most, as icing on the cake they were also lowest price. I highly recommend them. But like I told them, I hope to never see you again. Lol."

“I live in Ohio, while my mom lives in North Myrtle Beach. She is a single, elderly woman, living on a fixed income. She had a 50 Gallon Water Heater explode - EVERYWHERE!!! There was nothing I could do to help. She called a plumber who referred her to Austin & his crew. They were there the very next morning with 22 "Martians" as my mom called them (Heater/Fan Dryers) & 3 Dehumidifiers. Not to mention the van that sucked up all the water. The cleanup took longer than expected & Austin & Yolanda were SUPER compassionate to my mother's circumstances. You have no idea how much that meant to me, being 650 miles away. They ABSOLUTELY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND for my mother!! My only way of thanking them is by writing this review & hoping that others will give them a try & trust their business. “I can’t say enough good things about this company. Austin and his crew were truly incredible. I called him and he responded immediately. It was a terrible job....everything was soaking wet. They had to rip up carpeting and floors and drywall. We left for a few days because I was sick and when we came home the house was positively pristine! It was probably cleaner than it was before the terrible water damage. There is no smell whatsoever.
This was not an easy thing to go through but Austin and his crew did an amazing job"

“My experience began when I was having a new HVAC system replaced in my condo on January 31, 2020. While undergoing the installation, a technician activated a fire sprinkler and it ran for at least an hour. Water flooded two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and part of my kitchen. What a nightmare! The company responsible for this disaster is ARS Rescue Rooter out of Myrtle Beach, SC. The best thing they did was to hire MasterTech, Austin Bischoff (owner) to RESCUE me from this disaster. They were great!!! His team is fantastic and efficient and did a thorough job of restoring all this water damage. Shout out to Andy West from West Construction for doing a great job on drywall and painting. I highly recommend MasterTech for all your restoration needs. You won't be sorry.”

“Upon noticing that our old AC unit had leaked into our walk-in closet, MasterTech was recommended by a friend. Austin (owner) and Yolanda (lead tech) were in my condo within a couple hours assessing needs and deploying the appropriate equipment to begin the initial drying phase of the project.

Within 12 hours they were back and began removing damaged carpet, drywall, trim, flooring, as well as some tile. MasterTech removed some large areas of flooring base to dry the sub floor as well. Within a few days, any start of mold had been remediated and the affected areas were clean and dry. Yolanda, and her crew, took great care to ensure all affected areas were exposed and skilled enough to remove tile for reuse. Trustworthy enough to do the job whether I was there or not.

MasterTech was through in their assessment/work, appropriately communicated with our insurance adjuster, and even recommended some local contractors to help us get repairs underway. As a friend, I NOW recommend MasterTech (and Austin) as the first contact if your abode should suffer a similar fate."
